Room was clean and spacious. Friendly and polite staff. The beach was nice.

Our stay at The Westin Desaru Coast was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with direct beach access and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. The property is exceptionally well maintained, with beautiful landscaping, clean facilities, and spacious, comfortable rooms that reflect the high standards of the resort. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Prego Italian Restaurant, which was undoubtedly the highlight of our dining experience. The food was outstanding, with authentic flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and amazing delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is a must-visit while staying at the resort. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering an impressive continental and international spread with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The only area that could be improved is the Indian breakfast selection. The parathas and dosas were noticeably oily, and a lighter, more authentic preparation would make the breakfast experience even better for Indian guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. We would happily recommend The Westin Desaru Coast to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating beach holiday, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I had booked two rooms with a clear message with booking that I would like 2 seperate beds for one of the room. No one replied to me that this was not possible. When we checked in, we found that this was not done and both rooms has a king bed. My daughters are both adults and one of them had to sleep in a very narrow bunk bed which was not a nice experience.

One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sea and sand whenever we wanted. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring that our needs were met. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus service to the Adventure Waterpark, which made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great service and convenient access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay. Only the bed and pillows not comfortable. Too soft. May need to improve. Rest all very good 👍

Hospitable staff, roooms are spacious, beach is beautiful. Facilities wise.. suggest more facilities or games otherwise can get abit boring if not driving out

I had a pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. Overall, the experience was good. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, which was definitely a plus point. The breakfast and dinner also offered a good variety of choices, and the food was generally enjoyable. The only area that I feel could be improved is the cleanliness of the public restroom, especially the restroom on the second floor. I noticed some unpleasant odour, which was slightly below my expectation for a five-star hotel. Other than that, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay.
