Nice place

The room was too small and the facilities were outdated—there wasn't even a TV. The agreed-upon price was $98, but I was charged an extra $60 at checkout; this is fraud, and I am very unhappy.

Q !: 2:‘did. I Pool disgusting and small roaches in the room left my bags in my car and slept in my hoodie. Oh yea had to buy batteries for the remote to the TV because they didn’t replace them after I called the front office. And they

ok... ... we aren't used to roaches.... maybe to some, it wouldn't be that unusual? ...(PS...there are warnings in previous reviews)... The Good: Low Cost... plus do not pay until arrival. Flexible Schedule as can cancel right up to 6PM on arrival day; No Charge for dog... Secure & lighted outside parking.... although that almost made it feel like: why the gate?..is it that bad of neighborhood? The Bad: Like most cheaply built and old motels, there is not much sound-proofing and A/C units are noisy. We stayed on a Sunday night ... so not a lot of partying...but the few people coming and going we could hear pretty well, as if our door was open. Overall preparation cleanliness for our room was pretty good... bath cleaned and stocked... beds were comfy and appeared to be clean. No carpet, which is better than 20-year old floring you find in some places...however not vacuumed well and the first thing I saw was a dead roach...so that put us off for the rest of our one-night stay. Outside cleanliness was poor...cigarette butts, etc. We did not venture to the pool area. so.... if budget requires an economical stay, then its probably okay.

In general it was OK, but the room smelled, was small, and the a/c was loud and rattling. The location did not feel safe. The property had a lot of dog poop that you had to watch for. It would work in a pinch but would not recommend it.

Wait time to check in was over 30 min long, parking lot was crazy, had to park on one side to get to my room which was on the other side of the building and once in the room amenities were not so great, beds & bathroom needed work.

No hot water. Front gates not working

Excelente staff! Will stay again!
