Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel

Would never stay here again. There was No air conditioning in room. Only person working said they would bring up a fan. It’s Las Vegas, 115 during the day, and 106 at 10pm. A fan? Also no handicapped accessible tub as booked. Desk kept refusing to move us, claiming we never booked that room. Husband had to go down to desk to show proof of booking. Finally, they moved us to another room where the AC worked, but it wasn’t an accessible room. Toilet didn’t flush, sink handle came off in my hand. TV didn’t work. We tried to order food. Nope. Tried to order 10 different items from menu. Restaurant was out of all of them. Minimal insulation, every time a door shut, we heard it. All night long. Spent an extra $75 for late 1pm checkout. Maid began banging on the door every 20 minutes beginning at 8:30am even though regular checkout was 11am. No sleep, no food, no amenities except for their pool. Miserable experience. Stay somewhere else.

Nice property next to the convention center, for an easy walk. Rooms are clean and lobby provides a lovely place to lounge. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you're either there for business or looking for something off the strip with no smoking and no commotion. Wish there was some dining options within walking distance, but at least it's right next to the Monorail and the Vegas loop for easy transport.

The staff were nice, they provided free water, and the hotel is super close to the South Hall of the convention center. Just a couple of minor issues: the coffee machine was missing its drip tray, and the shower head pressure was way too strong with no way to adjust it.

The room was very nice. Parking was expensive and quite a hike to the room. No luggage cart. Very inconvenient. Staff not friendly, sort of snooty. Not our kind of place. Map shows it is close to Sphere, walking distance even. Not true. After pre paying on Expedia we owed more at hotel. Our concert was cancelled and we could not change reservations at hotel. We had to cancel and rebook and rely on trip insurance to get money back. Only rebooked at Renaissance for location. As it turned out it was not the most convenient.

First time staying here. Very clean rooms with a nice separate bath and shower. The pool was cozy and not crowded. We got some free drink vouchers and were able to check in early then check out later due to our flight times.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel! The pool is tiny. This is a good hotel to stay if you are here for a convention since it’s located right next door.

Convenient location next to exhibition center. Moderate amenities.

Enjoyed our weekend in Las Vegas at The Renaissance. From check-in to check-out, our experience was lovely. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was amazing. Meals at Zio were delicious and we loved our waitstaff (Marcy in the morning and Anthony in the evening). Bravo, Renaissance!
