The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very good. However, it was evident that the hotel is showing its age. Overall, everything was fine.

This review is to warn all potential guests who travel with medicines requiring fridge storage. This has happened to us for the very first time. Receptionists and hotel manager refused to put in their fridge vials of insulin for a diabetic child. Only thing staff could offer was a ridiculous suggestion of 20 mins walk to a pharmacy and seek their kindness there. It wasn’t an option at all as it wouldn’t be open at the time of our departure. Manager also advised to prepare better next time. Did she mean dragging along plugged in fridge? - that will remain a mystery. For the last 9 years we’ve never had an issue and each time our request has been fulfilled with a smile. Be it hotel staff, airplane or ferry crew. Never a problem. But not in this place. Hence 1 star review. No matter what response hotel bothers to publish - please be warned. Don’t choose this place if you’re little unfortunate in life and have medicines that need to be stored in a fridge. Happy travels everyone.

Hôtel très propre, très bonne acceuil et personnels très gentils et serviable. Hôtel hors du ventre-ville mais les transport en commun sont super facile, peu couteux, même préférable que l'auto pour aller au CV. WIFI manque d'efficacité.

Great hotel, good location (about 10min by tram to the center). Professional and friendly service at a high level. The hotel is clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back in the future

Stayed in this hotel 21-25 October whilst visiting Wroclaw. Couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff they were amazing even appreciating that I knew a little Polish. Room was clean and functional, the shower pressure wasn’t great but it was enough to get by. The bed was comfortable and me and my wife slept very well. The breakfast was simple but substantial and we had some of the best yogurt we’ve ever tried

Nice quiet cheap hotel, rooms are pretty basic but ok for a couple of nights.
