Killari B&B

We stayed as a family of four for 2 nights at this Hostel. Please note that we booked under the name “Killari B&B” however it is not a B&B, it’s a hostel. The booking information has that there is an included continental breakfast but this is not true. There is no breakfast included. It’s additional at $15soles pp. The host is not very friendly and welcoming compared to many other places we have been throughout Peru. She doesn’t speak much English and shows no interest in answering any questions you may have. It’s quite expensive to do laundry here at $10 soles per lb. The room is basic, the floors are wooden, it’s very noisy when walking around especially when other guests come in late at night. You can hear everything from inside the room. The pillows were very flat and we asked for an additional pillow and the hostess said there was none. It was a very rough couple nights. Our room had a private bathroom and the hot water was scarce. We had to wait very long to get some hot water to shower and we had to take very quick showers. The plus side is its location. It is very conveniently located 2 mins away walking from the plaza de Armas. I would not book here again, purely because of the false advertising with the non existent included breakfast and the poor customer service.

It was okay, friendly staff, well priced, close to the center, would stay here again
