This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived at 9 p.m. with a reservation for a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi. I was then told that the room had a broken sink, without having been notified beforehand. I was also told that I could not use the jacuzzi, although I saw no such restriction in the Hotels.com listing or my reservation. When I disputed this, I was not given access to a room and waited in the lobby while the front desk attempted to address the situation. I eventually left and booked another hotel. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.

Me alojé con mi familia

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and knowledge of the area. The place was clean and room large. Getting to the room on the second floor was a little challenging due to the steep stairs. I would not recommend t his place if you have difficulty walking or with valance.
