Fantástico I absolutely loved my stay, apartment was clean and well equipped. Would absolutely stay again.
What I love was the slick operation, it won’t be for everyone as it was all digital and no staff at site but for me this was perfect. Using WhatsApp to manage everything was great!

Room was clean and spacious. Convenient location. It would've helped if there were a few cutleries (e.g. there were cups but no spoons). Sadly, my stay was ruined when the fire alarm that went off at midnight on the first night. As this is a self-check in establishment, there are no staff physically present. I and other guests contacted management solely through the app. Nobody from Bob W staff showed up or let us what was happening and the status, or if there was something faulty with the alarm and if it goes off by mistake. I only overheard another guest say that this is not the first time thhis has happened. We saw a fire truck drive by, but it didn't stop. We were left to stay outside for 30 minutes. I guess we got "lucky" that the alarm finally stopped. To the management, you need to be more proactive at times like these. Find a way to communicate to the staff or have someone on-call and at least go to the property and let your guests know what's happening.

Fantástico Love the location to the subway - which helped when arriving from the airport - and walking distance to the Duomo. The amenities were great, especially when traveling with family - ability to do your laundry as you start a long trip helps tremendously!

Lovely place. Good location, clean, comfortable. I was worried it would be too hot in the room because of the temperatures outside, but inside it was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time in Milan.

This would have been 4 stars with exception of final night where we spent 1 hour 15 minutes middle of night outside in street due to fire alarm. Onsite was unhelpful and multiple calls to customer service during emergency were unhelpful and even rude. My 16 year old daughter was one who got Milan fire to property after repeated attempts. Following unpleasant and scary incident- the front door was wide open (zero security and very dangerous) for remainder of time, despite my follow ups to get door secure.
