The staff was good and rooms are clean but they dont allow outside food in the rooms

Value for money

YES

Clean rooms but very smelly, cigarettes, toilette,

Nice hotel and good staff. Some small issues affected the stay: jacuzzi wasn't working, bathroom had a bad smell, no hair dryer to be found, bathroom shower gel was empty, and three calls to reception to resolve went unanswered. Room was on the railway side and loud noises of train horns in the early morning.

Reception staff could smile a bit

The room was clean and cleaned everyday if you wanted . The staff were very helpful although there was a language barrier sometimes but not to bad . I stayed as I was having dental procedures at Dentzz . For anyone doing the same I would highly recommend Ramee Techome as they a small amount of western food and will try to help with other soft options when you’ve had your teeth out

Nice room - very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that the pool was out of use and we had no notification about it.

Room was clean and staff were polite and friendly

Ketna from front reception fantastic. Big rooms good value for money
