Air conditioning and bed were good. The floors were not cleaned properly because they were very dusty, the shower design is flawed because it floods into the rest of the bathroom and room (with no extra drainage available outside the shower), support staff did not resolve my issue, occurs untrained and lacks critical thinking skills. While watching movies on the YouTube app on the tv, the program began to controles by what seemed another neighboring remote (the only logical conclusion without getting paranoid). When I addressed my problem with the support staff they were everything but helpful. Also, the walls are pretty thin so I could hear conversations, snoring and other tv’s in operation from neighboring rooms clearly.

No reception, no key, had to download key to your phone, if your not to good with Phones you would find it quite difficult.

It was a nice room

Great access very easy to use virtual door keys. Clean and tidy place to stay quite fresh. Aircon was amazing. The area outside was quite smelly but I put this down to old fashioned sewerage pipes in the area. There was a only a few shops open when we arrived however this was expected. We managed to get some bottled water and snacks for the room at the house that we arrived however would have been nice to not have left the room at that time. However we enjoyed our stay here.
