Bien Breakfast was horrible. Green bananas you couldn’t peel and packaged muffins. Way below other places. Not going back. Can get a nice breakfast at other hotels for same price.

Bien Breakfast is minimal, prepackaged grab and go. Room furnishings are generally good but sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable, no light bulbs in floor lamp, no extra pillows or blanket.

Fantástico The hotel was very clean, and I have no complaints. The room was spacious, and I especially appreciated the on-site laundry room. The staff was kind and welcoming—everyone greeted me with a smile when I passed by. The hotel also has an outdoor patio area where you can sit and relax, and there is even a grill available if you choose to use it.
The only issue I experienced was at checkout, when my card was charged again. I called and spoke with the manager, and she resolved it immediately and processed a refund. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
