We had a great time at Bob’s place. We will definitely come back! Very modern, clean, and close to great restaurants, Hyde Park, and Paddington Station. Highly recommend!

Room was small but well appointed--high ceilings. Air conditioning was great. Nice bathroom. Clean space. Staff was a surprise--did not think there would be onsite staff. Location was good. Did not have the breakfast. So many choices nearby with fresh food and better prices. The only thing we missed in the room was a place to lay open a suitcase. The shelf/hanging unit was too small and tucked in the corner. Coffee maker and tea kettle were nice but electrical cord did not reach to the outlet without moving the desk a bit. Would have been nice to have a small recycling bin in the room, though there was one in the lobby. Electronic access worked fine. Check in process was extensive (with ID, etc.) but we managed it. Someone without a cell phone would have been out of luck. Overall a good option.

The property was located in a wonderful location. Easy to walk to and from Paddington Station, the tube, and Hyde Park. The staff was absolutely amazing with any questions we may have had. The room could have been cleaner with dusting, sweeping, and bathroom tidiness. Other than that, our room was cute and comfortable with magnificent AC. I do recommend this location for future stays.

Amazing staff! Really made my trip/experience very pleasant. The room was really nice and instant camera added a nice touch. The only critique was about the upstairs noise, and recommend requesting a top floor early on would be ideal.
