I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay with my team. We stayed for three nights, with a total of three guests (nine room nights), and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
• Room 224: On my first night, the bed linen was not clean, and there was clearly hair on the bed. I recorded a video and showed it to Management team the following day. Additionally, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes at midnight for the issue to be resolved, despite having an important meeting the next day.
• Room 212: One of my teammates experienced an issue with water leaking from the shower into the bathroom. This was reported multiple times; however, it was not resolved during our stay.
• Last Day: On our final day, I missed my breakfast as there was no buffet available and only room service was offered. Due to time constraints, I could not use this option and had to arrange breakfast outside at my own expense.
