It was ok until when I check out I ask which floor was the swimming pool, then the host ask if I read the file sent? She could have just tell me the floor level will do.

This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had to buy these, we had to bleach everywhere, especially the toilet. The area around the apartment was nice with lots of nice restaurants at the harbour, we had our own car and it was very easy to get around, the roads are good and the signposting really good. We would stay at the Almas Suites again but would definitely not book this particular one. We think it hadn’t been used in a while. It needs some serious TLC to get it to a better standard. Sorry, we don’t like to be negative and Expedia have always been fabulous but this property has really slipped through the net.

The property was clean.
But bed was old and in very poor condition. Dining chairs were broken and when we notify them about the chairs they didn’t do any action. No facial tissues provided.
Very few dining options were available around the property
