The people at the reception were very helpful; Nawaf gave us an upgrade with an extra amount of money
On the other hand, Windows are dirty so you can’t see the view clearly
The furniture and carpets were old and smelly
- The bathtub was cracked and wasn’t clean,
- The sink was clogged with cigarettes and hair remains although we were in a non smoking floor
- They coffee area was not stacked, I had to ask them, they said the capsules are out of stock and they don’t have coffee mate
- They didn’t give us one extra blanket until the last night
- The rooms aren’t soundproof at ALL, we could hear everything that was in the room next to us as if we’re in the same room, and even in the middle of the night we woke up from the sounds of the cars in the street and from the sounds in the room next door
