I didn’t like how the breakfast buffet was set up. I had to set my table get my coffee If the tables were set with cutlery and the served coffee and tea it would have been a better experience The staff basically just cleared tables

Amazing Staff!!! From the front door greeting to the lovely girls at the breakfast check-in so friendly and smiling. Of course the room and breakfast was also amazing.

I wish I could remember the porter's name, but when I parked in the garage across the street, he showed me how I could extend the time and how to pay in advance on my phone. Traveling solo, his kindness was MUCH appreciated and made the visit one that I will always remember.

Everything is brand new. Room is thoughtfully laid out, and the shower doesn’t leak all over the floor like most hotel rooms. Staff are incredible. Very attentive amd helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Une belle chambre, belle salle de bain, le lit extrêmement confortable, déjeuner délicieux. Très belle expérience, je vais revenir.

Upon arriving concierge staff was very friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean and new. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. We arrived at 2:30 and our room was not ready, which is understandable as check in is 3:00. So we figured they must be strict about not allowing early check in at all, unless prearranged. We proceeded with the check in paperwork and were told to wait for an email at 3:00 and then come back to the desk for our room keys. It was close to 3:30 before we were finally able to get our room keys. No apologies for the wait, and I am more than certain we will not get a 30 minute refund. Upon entering the room, although the room was fairly clean, the floors didn’t appear to be mopped and there was a cleaning rag left behind. Which leaves me to suspect that the room was cleaned in haste and perhaps not thoroughly. The breakfast buffet was good, although we avoided the scrambled eggs containing the long, black hair. The location is excellent for proximity to Princess of Wales Theatre.

We had a mix up with our room on the first night. The amazing staff worked to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Staff are incredible!! The breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and has every conceivable option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast buffet was very good. The staff working the buffet was next to useless All they did was clear dishes away I feel they should at least serve coffee and juice. After checking in with the hostess I would have preferred to find my on table rather then being told where to sit. They don’t record where they seat you so why shouldn’t I pick my own table

The staff was excellent and they had the best breakfast buffet! The entire hotel was clean and the amenities were fantastic.
