Secrets Mirabel Resort & Spa – Adults Only – All Inclusive

In general the hotel is good. Nice pools and beaches. Entertainment team was great. Food not that good. Room super clean and nice staff.

Great adults only hotel but if you’re looking for more of a party atmosphere you should stay somewhere else.

Our stay was incredibly disappointing. We traveled as a group of 10 and were repeatedly treated poorly by staff. Despite being together, we were often told we could not sit together, which made the experience frustrating from the start. Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, dismissive, and even falsely accused our group of breaking a piano without any evidence. For an all-inclusive resort, it seemed like everything required an additional charge. We were pressured to upgrade for premium alcohol, specifically Tito’s, only to be told they had just one bottle available per day. The drinks overall were also poorly made and disappointing. The fire alarms repeatedly went off around 1:00 AM. When we called the front desk, nobody answered. When someone finally did, we were told, “You and everyone else,” and our concerns were dismissed. I requested a manager and was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. To make matters worse, after ordering room service at 11:00 PM, we received repeated calls around 3:00 AM telling us to put the cart outside, waking us from our sleep. We were also given misleading information regarding a timeshare presentation. Between the rude staff, false accusations, constant upselling, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, this was one of the worst resort experiences our group has had. I would not recommend this property.

If I can give a negative review of this property I would. We went on a 10 person trip the staff on that resort are terrible and do not know what customer service is! The moment we walked into the resort nobody greeted us (unlike every other resort). They do not help people with anything it’s always oh I don’t know or that’s not the policy. Every dinner we had there was a problem with the seating we are a 10 people the restaurants are empty and they do not wanna sit us together what’s so ever. In the whole restaurants there would be 1 other table of literally 2 people and they still would not accommodate anybody. Every time that’s the policy. We understand the policy but if the restaurant is empty why can’t we all be together and enjoy a nice dinner? Secondly which is the most importantly unless you are a preferred club member or buy the upgrade you pretty much will have the worst pool and the worst drinks! I will never recommend this place to anybody

This resort was beautiful and everything was perfect. I would say upgrading to preferred is completely worth it

Great resort and overall experience. The dining experience is easily the best, and worth the price, if that is your priority. Be sure to get a room far from the lobby. Our room had noise until 1 am from the live music in the downstairs bar every night.

Muy buen personal

The property was nice, but it was more accommodating for white people. They didn’t play Spanish music, most of their entertainment was in English. It’s Mexico, all I heard was rock and roll from the 80s. My friend and I would be sitting waiting for poolside service and the white ppl would get served first. It was so bad we would already know it would happen. It’s all inclusive but the drinks are so weak they are mocktails. And bottom below bottom self liquor. They are more interested in selling you a hotel timeshare. I had high hopes because I stayed at secrets in Jamaica but I wouldn’t return to this location.

Secrets claimed this is a "New" property, only part of the building is new and that area is reserved for their "Preferred club members". So the rest of the building has had some updates and it's OK, but not NEW. Very disappointed in their claims. Some of the staff seem to have a distinct problem with what a 'proper dress sandal is' My wife wore the same dress sandal to 6 restaurants and never had a problem. The last night of our stay a restaurant we had been to before turned us away saying her sandal wasn't up to their dress code. Very rude and not helpful at all.
