Excellent location. A little away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to get to anywhere quickly. Our hotel room was perfect as the CNR Family room. The amenities were excellent. I would normally start my day with a coffee and some water. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Tha K you to all staff!

Fantástico This was our first landing place when we arrived in Japan. It was a great way to get used to being in a bustling City. Tge

We enjoyed our stay! The location was walkable to Dotonbori if you plan to spend most of your time there. They don’t clean your room daily depending on how many nights you are staying but will provide new linens if requested. The self luggage storage was very convenient (and free using your Suica card).

In room washer/dryer very useful. The facility is very clean. High rise up to 18 floors with reception on 18th. Excellent view with two windows. Quiet with doors in between living/bed and bathroom and shower room. Location is excellent to walk eat shop. Definitely recommend to stay here.
