A large apartment for a great price. Balcony overlooking a busy street was perfect for the Vietnam experience. Would definitely stay again!

Right for the price. Check in process needs some improvement.

Fantástico Kitchen was adequate rather than excellent or great, with basics in place. As this was listed as "apartment", there was minimal staff presence, including for check-in, with contact by phone and WhatsApp. However, daily cleaning and fresh supplies was reliable and very good

Good area & loved the patio poverlooking the street. Also quite enjoyed the Sauna lights in the shower. They are currently doing renovations in the building, so its been very loud daily from around 8:30-5ish, including weekends apperently, would have been nice to have the heads up about this before booking. Rooms are new but definitely could have been cleaner. Building has securty so it was safe and was able to whatsapp any issues/questions. Laundry was nice to have in the room but took a lifetime to dry clothes.

Overall our stay was good. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the staff were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately a couple of things detracted from our stay, the bed was very firm (not to our personal preference) and there is construction going on next door which was very loud from ~8am-6pm each day. It seems the construction is far from complete. If you got a room on the other side of the building it might be okay.

Fantástico Really enjoyed my stay here. Very big room and the service from Linh and her team is exceptional. Well organised check in system and Linh is very kind to help with any issues. I would highly recommend.

I was only informed that only cash payment is allowed on the day of check in. Was then told if want to pay via card there is extra 10% charge.
Property also had on going renovation going on which start as early as 8am with drillings and hacking.
Quite a bad experience although the reception was able to communicate with English
