Very nice location. Next to multiple Tube lines and Stratford International station. Part of Westfield City mall so lots of food choices and shopping.

Self check inn hat nicht funktioniert. Hat meine Buchung nicht gefunden. Zum Glück waren da 2 Bedienstete die sich extra in System einloggen mussten damit sie meine Buchung sehen konnten. Es war nur ein kleines Handtuch im Bad. Ich bat darum ein 2. Handtuch zu bringen- was nie passierte. In Dusche fehlt Ablage für eigene Produkte. Dreht man amWaschbecken auf,dann spritzt es unkontrolliert und man ist direkt nass- da fehlt was im Wasserhahn. Mengen- und Temperaturregler in Dusche muss man erst mal verstehen- widerspricht dem normalen Mechanismus. Der Ablauf in Dusche ist schlecht gemacht- Wasser läuft zum Teil bis ins Zimmer- man muss aufpassen dass Duschkopf Richtung Wand zeigt,sonst ist alles überflutet. Abluftventilator läuft ununterbrochen- Tag UND N A C H T. Keine WC- Bürste vorhanden. Türgriff an Schiebetür ist sehr eng gesetzt- man muss aufpassen wenn mit linker Hand zugezogen wird,dass Hand nicht einklemmt. Steuerungsregler Klimaanlage lose. Fussboden in Aufzug "klebt"- was an mangelnde Reinigung denken lässt.

Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs.

The breakfast was super yummy and there were a lot of food to choose. I highly recommended it.

The location is excellent. Walking distance from Smithfield Shopping Mall, trains, buses, food etc. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is delightful. Would definitely return.

The hotel’s location was solid; however, the room itself was in very poor condition. The carpets were visibly stained and appeared unclean, sections of the walls were cracked, and overall the space did not feel well maintained or hygienic. While I only stayed for one night—which limited the inconvenience—the experience was still disappointing. The exterior facade was attractive, but the condition on the inside is a stark contrast and did not align with expectations.

A great hotel if you’re visiting Stratford, East Village, London Stadium or shopping at Westfield. Clean, safe, well presented.
