Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

The room was very nice, clean, and large! The location was excellent, away from the strip, so it wasn't crowded. All the food we had was very good. The cost of the room was very affordable so we will stay at the Masquerade Tower at the Rio every time we come to Vegas!

Pools close at 6pm which is an inconvenience bc it’s still hot at that time. Also to get a hold of the front desk is a hassle with the Rita AI. But besides that everything else was fine.

Good place to stay at the room was spacious and clean for the price of the stay i thought it was going to be a bad experience but it wasn't.

The prices were great for the hotel. The hotel is fair.

It was nice for the price I paid. My room on the 29 floor wasn’t the coolest. The bed wasn’t that comfortable , but it worked. I say if that price looking right Book it.

Good experience

Our AC unit was not working properly upon arrival. I called down and spoke/left message with automated Rita several times. We waited two hours no one came to take a look at it. Went downstairs to notify front desk, very friendly young man said he would contact maintenance. Three hours later we checked back with the front desk, a different young whelped me. He said he would speak with his manager on call to see what they could do to compensate us for the wait. All I wanted was a room with AC, said they had NO more rooms available but someone would be up to our room with 45 minutes to take a look at the AC unit. NO ONE ever came or called. Our room was extremely hot. We had to take several cold showers to cool down. We used cold towels to help cool us down, got a headache and couldn’t sleep.

Good place.

Free Parking

I stayed in the Masquerade tower and set the AC to 66, but due to the position if the vents and bed I could not feel it. I began sweating and had to sleep on top of the covers. They should consider re-arranging the room so you can ferl the AC while sleeping
