Free parking, friendly and helpful staff, easy kiosk check-in and check-out, clean rooms and bedding.

I appreciated having a refridgerator in the room. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Needed more people at the front desk at checkin during peak times.

Room and elevator were run. Bathroom had loose tiles. They had broken off and were just sitting there. Tub would drain sufficiently so stood in water past my ankle. Refrigerator cabinet was broken bed was way past it use so you sunk in. Elevator were would I start 2 of 4 elevators out of order so waited and waited. Check in staff rude and unhelpful. Had trouble with self checkin. Ask what i was doing wrong. Rudely told if I could not figure it out to go other counter and wait in a 45 minutes line. A fellow traveler heard and helped me out.

The staff is pleasant and the drinks are good and strong.

The pool was great, the room was cool, the parking was convenient and the slots were generous! Great time! Thanks RIO!

Not the cleanest hotel or updated but free parking and easy access to the rooms.

Very clean and spacious room would like to say enjoyed everything about it I’ll be back to enjoy the pool didn’t get to use it cause I was in town for a baby shower definitely will be back again

Everything was ok except the A/C. It will only go down to about 74 degrees so it wasn’t cold during our whole stay and we stayed in the summer when it was 109 degrees outside. Also, 2 elevators were not working so we had to wait for the elevators a long time up to 30 minutes.

Couldn't have been happier with the Rio. The room was great, the service was great, and it was nice to be somewhere in Vegas where they actually have some decent deals for budget conscious tourists. Will be staying again in the future.
