Pristine Hotel

The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me instead was threatening to call the police on me. Which as a solo female traveler in a country you are not familiar with and is your first time visiting is very distressing. If I wasn’t able to receive help from the hotel manger in Karakol I would’ve been very distraught. Again, I would do more research with hotel “partner affiliates” as they may not always put you in contact with the best person tourism wise. This was a good learning lesson for me but also want to warn any other travelers looking to book through this hotel.

Cute and clean hotel in a good location. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff. Highly recommend for your stay in Bishkek.

Great stay, super clean and kind staff. A bit far from the Main Street but Yandex is only a few dollars so it’s totally worth it! Highly recommend
