Property was clean and generally well located to exploring around Edinburgh. A bit nicer than other budget hotels. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially during check-in process

Good location near St James Quarter, with easy access to sites and easy walk to the Royal Mile. Rooms were spacious and well equipped (refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, iron, blowdryer, etc.) and bed was very comfortable. Rooms could use touch ups - stains on carpet, and paint chipped away on baseboards in bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly and restaurant on site.
