Caution! Rental photos and address were not what I received when I arrived at the property. After working with property management company, they moved me to another location, but it was still not the property that was shown in the advertisement.

The room we arrived at late( midnight) - we did not realize but this was not the room we rented. certainly not vibrant or in downtown LA. this is rectangular building in poor neighborhood. surrounded by dilapidated houses- with tents and other similar items out front all tightly gated for security across the street from a school. beds sucked. i mean awful. of the four, we could only choose one that was slightly ok. laying down you sunk into the bed 8 inches plus. we rented two bedroom unit with one large bed and one room with 2 beds. received 4 twin beds. no balcony. no BBQ on the balcony. and the whole place stunk of some kind of air freshener. next morning we realized this room was not even close to the right room, and told them all and left. we could not stay there further. o yea. signs in the bathrooms advise you cannot flush anything including toilet paper. Not allowed. still fighting for our credit.

The place worked well for our group of 4. A few things could be improved. No tv's in bedrooms. The pots and pans were badly scratched, probably unhealthy. The window blinds were falling off. Oversized pillows were uncomfortable. Check in process had little communication about reserving parking.

We had a flawless experience with this facility and the management. Great, safe location steps from the Metro train and the delightful Little Tokyo. 10m walk to Grand Central Market and El Pueblo. Management was reachable by text, phone and email and super responsive. Large, beautiful apartment. If it's available, we will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this modern penthouse. Our group of six (including three children) found the space incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-designed. What really set this place apart were the thoughtful details. After landing in town, arriving to find snacks and milk waiting for the kids was an absolute lifesaver. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing all the essential hygiene products, which made our stay completely hassle-free. The location is perfect. It is conveniently just one block from the metro station and a quick two block walk to all the incredible food and hangout spots Little Tokyo has to offer. The apartment itself feels very fresh and recently built. In terms of comfort and quality, it easily compares to a 3.5 to 4-star hotel. Highly recommend this spot for families or groups looking for a vibrant, stress-free stay in downtown LA!

The hot water at both bath tubs was difficult to find. The valves on both fixtures need to be adjusted. Additional pillows for the beds would be nice

I stayed at this rental for 4 nights and I will be staying there again next month for 4 nights. This rental is 100% automated check-in and access. There are no people at this facility. Spacious rental. Toaster did not work and kitchen did not have a cork screw or skillet. I asked the property management company if they should be included, and they said yes, however they did not resolve the problems before I left. Centrally located near Union Station. Close to Little Tokyo and many restaurants.

All the towels in the bathrooms had tags or stickers on them, indicating they were never washed after they were purchased. 😝There was not enough water pressure in the kitchen sink to rinse crumbs down. And we had to park in a pricey off-site garage each night because the property parking garage was "full."

Walking distance to little Tokyo Metro station. Quiet and feel safe. In genera are good but the beds may need to be change as mattress are too soft and not comfortable. The washer and dryer are dirty and indeed, we clean up before used. The pot and kettle look dirty.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about my stay at this property. Let me begin by saying that the listing is very misleading. You believe you are booking a property in Downtown Los Angeles, but it is actually located in Boyle Heights. Communication with both Expedia and the property management was frustrating and disappointing. I originally booked the property expecting a vibrant Downtown Los Angeles location, and only after booking was I notified of the actual address in Boyle Heights. I admit I had enough time to cancel, but unfortunately I did not notice the change until it was too late to receive a refund. Cleanliness The property was very dirty. There was dust everywhere, and I even found a dead insect behind the bed. I can confidently say the floors were not swept, vacuumed, or mopped. The bed sheets had crumbs on them and smelled like they needed to be washed, and the towels were the same. The bathroom doors were dirty, and there was dust on the ceiling fan. Overall, the property needed serious cleaning. Location: despite the misleading listing, the location itself was fairly convenient. Even though it was in Boyle Heights, it was only minutes from both the 5 and 10 freeways, with plenty of Mexican bakeries, grocery stores, and a Walgreens nearby. The neighborhood may appear sketchy at first, but we did not experience any issues. We kept the curtains open while I cooked and my son played, and we could even watch the children at the elementary school across the street.
