The building looks new and very clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The memory foam mattress was comfortable and a nice touch.
However, upon check-in there was no hot water and the room was very cold. The room heater was not working properly and took the entire night without warming the room, so we had to sleep wearing multiple layers of pajamas. The water pressure was also quite low. The reception staff explained that the water and electricity were only turned on after we checked in, which unfortunately created a cold and unwelcoming first impression. Additionally, there was no TV in the room.
Since we were the only guests, breakfast was very simple—just bread and jam, nothing fancy. Overall, the general feeling of the stay was rather cold, despite the building being new and clean.
