The staff were very nice and super helpful. Very easy parking in front of our room. I enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Air conditioner worked well. TV worked, but had slow refresh rate (somewhat pixelated). The gap under the door made a strange whistling sound; it just needs a threash-hold gasket. It was difficult to regulate the shower temperature. Walkable to the Town Centre shopping and restaurants as well as to Peet’s coffee. Condition of bathroom was excellent. Everything was clean, nice towels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Still did not like the shower setip , but very nice rooms and no carpet!!!

Very well priced and just what we needed for our (4 adults) 5 day stay visiting family in the area. Clean and comfy rooms , great area close to food and shopping- coffee shop a couple doors down. Excellent office staff . Will be back !

Terrific property ! Besides the power being out when we got there, which was beyond their control, this was an excellent, modern and immaculate property. If I could make one suggestion, I would install a microwave in each room. Again, it's a terrific place to lodge.

Decent WiFi and good channel selection

Surprisingly nice, new and well kept! The rooms are spacious and the overall vibe works nicely. Small single story property with big rooms! Parking in front of rooms. Across the street yields plenty of good food/coffee/shopping options. Conveniently located to highway. Staff members were professional and nice!

The Evergreen is a jewel. Small, modern, comfy and overall clean. We especially appreciated the quietness. Our bed was comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast but our room had a Nespresso machine and the lobby has one also, as well as a flavored water machine. There is also a Peet’s coffee shop right by them. On the negative side, we did have trouble navigating to and from I think because of their location or perhaps because we aren’t familiar with the San Francisco area. The shower temperature was hard to control. It took a long time to get hot and then I couldn’t get it cool enough to step into without lots of playing around with the faucet. There were cobwebs on the bathroom’s ceiling and the bathroom vent was quite dusty so I took off a star for cleanliness, but really it was spotless otherwise. We also wish the room had a microwave especially since they didn’t offer breakfast. Overall all though, the place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if we journey that way.

Great location. Room was very clean but some small issues: 1. The shower pressure was very low and the shower head in our room was not working if you changed the spray pattern. 2. The fan was not working in the bathroom. There wasn't a switch. 3. One of the bathroom lights automatically came on when you entered the bathroom - whether this was at midnight or 3pm. Annoying! I normally travel with electrical tape that I would have used to block this auto light sensor, but I forgot it this trip. Also, the bathroom lights flickered on and off randomly.

This place has been recently remodeled, the room was really clean, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a motel, but it has been fully, tastefully renovated. As of 2026 it is in excellent condition. But walls are thin so bring ear plugs to avoid being kept awake by neighbor’s talking and TV or the nearby highway. The amenities are standard. Check in was easy. This is not a fancy place but it is very solid and comfortable.
