The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly especially chef Amr and Wagdy and Youssef, also the food was out of this world, I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property. Cannot find a single issue with it. Everything about this property was designed with careful thought put into how everything is used. Only the best quality of everything is used in this brand new just built hotel that offers much more than a Double Tree class of accommodation. Deserves hotel level classification. Stunning landscaping and plants, beautiful pool and close to the best beach in El Gouna. The warmth and hospitality of amazing Chef Amr Darwish and Mr. Helmy and their staff (Wagdy at the restaurant) is unparalleled and made us feel truly special. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful services and conversations we had with them during our visit. From special favorite desserts prepared right at our table to food made especially for us. All this added to our wonderful experience there. Thank you for your care and special attention. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Gouna.

Fantástico
Really enjoyed the hotel, lovely staff and services and good security. Didn’t have breakfast- can’t comment on food. The gym wasn’t very well sign posted, but when found it was really nice. Good equipment and clean. It was a little dusty, but that is expected as it was a dessert!
