Acceptable for an airport hotel. Noisy rooms adjacent as there is no insulation and can hear neighbors talk and tv easy. Small. Works for its purpose. Nice restaurants and shops adjacent to property however.

Very centralized in Llanogrande. The room's bedding sheet and pillows were not clean. The hot water knob in the shower was broken. Overall hotel is nice.

Terrible place! You will not sleep here the walls have no insulation so you hear the noises from everyone mind you I’m Colombian used to some noise but not on this level. Also the staff has that attitude of is “not my problem I just work here” “I could care less what your saying” “Music woke me up at 3:30 am twice, worse experience ever!

The staff was nice but: we could not sleep because the fire alarm was beeping (out of batteries). They should check this every time person checks in. the purpose is to sleep. Also, we had a group dinner and it was just crazy. the pre order was wrong, I got the wrong food and everyone else too. The purpose of pre fill a paper is so everything runs smooth and it was so bad. Also the service was very poor. I don't thing I will stay. The employees need some training.

Para negocios y placer

Staff are helpful and location is great. It is loud as you are close to the airport. I wish the bed had a little padding on it. Nice that it is close to coffee, drinks and food. I would likely stay again.
