Bien Floor was not clean, bedsheet was not replace with new ones, AC didn’t work properly, Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time, for the price it’s not worth it, location was good, paid for the view and it was blocked by construction which was disappointed.

Excellent location and walking distance from Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia. Room- comfort condo with 1 double bed and sofa bed was very spacious for our family. Hotel has a lift and aircon. Staff were excellent with every request and prompt with communication responses. Buffet breakfast was delicious.

The property was perfect for our family holiday, it was extremely clean, well maintained and spacious.
The staff were all very polite and helpful.
The location was perfect, all of the sights and a couple of supermarkets were in short walking distance.
We have recommended the property to others and would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic location, staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean. Unfortunately the noise from the bathroom was horrendous and kept our children awake both nights. The manager came and was very empathetic but couldn't work out what the problem was. We were also woken up very early (around 7.30am) with drilling from a neighbouring apartment. We had came off a very late flight and children had been awake with the noise from the bathroom. Disappointing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the helpful staff and the charming atmosphere.
