The hotel and staff were very attentive, however the room was the smallest we encountered on our trip - I wouldn't recommend this for travelers with children - bath and shower are in the same room as bed-there's no separation. It was a 5 story walk up - not in the description and no help with luggage from staff. With three flights per story, we had to walk 15 flights of stairs every time we went in or out of our room - carrying the luggage was the worst. Good news, it will get you in shape for walking around Lisbon. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew. Also, the stay was quite loud

Séjour du 22 au 26 juin 2026 Malheureusement, mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très décevante et je ne le recommande pas, particulièrement aux familles voyageant avec des enfants. J’avais effectué ma réservation environ neuf mois à l’avance afin de m’assurer d’obtenir un hébergement adapté à ma famille. Malgré cette planification, aucune flexibilité n’a été offerte quant à l’emplacement de la chambre ni à l’heure d’arrivée. Bien que j’aie demandé un enregistrement anticipé en raison de mon voyage avec des enfants, l’accès à la chambre ne m’a été accordé qu’à 15 h. La chambre présentait plusieurs lacunes importantes. L’absence d’intimité dans la salle de bain était particulièrement problématique : la séparation de verre entre la douche et les toilettes n’est pas opaque et il n’y a pratiquement aucune intimité pour une famille. De plus, la douche présentait des problèmes d’étanchéité importants, laissant le plancher constamment mouillé, même autour des toilettes. Le pommeau de douche était mal fixé et tombait fréquemment durant son utilisation. De la moisissure était également visible dans plusieurs sections de la douche, ce qui soulève des préoccupations quant à l’entretien des installations. L’environnement immédiat de l’hôtel ne nous a pas semblé adapté à un séjour en famille. La présence fréquente d’activités liées à la consommation de substances et à la prostitution dans les environs, ainsi que les odeurs désagréables observées dans le secteur. Terrible.

Location is great. Taxis and ubers cannot park in front of the hotel but it’s like 20 metters from the street where they pass. The breakfast is really, really good! And the staff prepared a little surprise for my son on his birthday. We had a room with the bathroom on the entry, wich we find strange and not so practical. One night, as a part of the hotel was under some renovations, we heard noise of the working untill midnight. And I’ve never had the bottle of wine that the plateform (Hôtels.com) offered me as a silver client, even if I asked twice on the reception. Overall, the experience was good.

Great central location but on a very busy street (which didn’t bother us at all and we didn’t hear much noise at night, but depending on where the room is, the noise could be a factor). Fun, cool vibe with an active lobby area. We really enjoyed our stay, but probably best for young and adventurous travelers.

Property was beautiful and centrally located. A bit hard to find but a local shop owner quickly saw we were lost and helped us out! Was a bit surprised to find there was no elevator in the building but staff helped with our bags and advised they are installing an elevator this year. Would definitely go back!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was replenished regularly. The breakfast staff did a good job of keeping tables cleared and clean. The is a cute bar in the lobby offering several options. Umbrella tables are out front providing a great place to sit and people watch. There isn’t an elevator so be prepared for rustic steps.

The staff were wonderful! I left a note on my booking to let them know it was our honeymoon - and when we entered our room they had folded the towels into swans and sprinkled the bed with rose petals. They also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this hotel :)

Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Soo many stairs so you need to be able to navigate those. Amazing location short walk to the water, restaurants and train station
