The room was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, with a roomy bathroom and big soaking tub. The bed was very very firm, and the sheets and towels all had a number of stains, though they seemed clean.

Room was decent, staff were amazing. Heated my meals up on request, let me check out late after flights delayed and did their best to make my stay pleasant

Overall really impressed with this hotel especially since it’s a budget business hotel. Upon entering the staff had my booking ready to go so check in to less than 5 minutes. The lobby was very clean and smelled clean and nice. The room is spacious, clean, and relatively comfortable. It’s is a Korean style bed so it’s a bit on the firm side. The bathroom was very large with a western sized and deep garden tub for soaking.
The only cons especially if you come without a vehicle is dining options are limited till about 1.5 km away but still walkable and it can be difficult for taxis to find.
Next time I’m in Suwon though I will likely book here again.

I usually stayed this Hotel for my business trip in Suwon...….but unfortunately water supplying trouble on 1st day during 2 days trip this time. Hotel provided alternate shower at other checked out room and full refund for 1 day ……. but staff support isn't appropriate when it happen.

This is great business hotel that I can stay in Suwon area. Only exceptional will be location who is not familiar this area but other than that this is nice and clean hotel compare with others.

Estupendo It was worth to stay during visit in Suwon. I would like to staying this hotel next time.

Fantástico I was a little concerned as my cab driver took me through back streets to get to the hotel. The immediate area is not the most picturesque. Once we found the hotel, though, it was clean, modern, and very neatly appointed. The room is spacious by Asian standards and very clean and comfortable. The mattress was extremely firm. The staff's English was spotty, but workable. I would stay here again on business without hesitation.

Bien We arrived at the hotel, expecting to be able to use the pool for an extra cost, as advertised on the website. We had tried to contact the hotel about this with our dates but received no response, so assumed this wasn't an issue. When we arrived we were told that the pool is ONLY available for $160 and must be privately booked out. As none of this was on the website, we were dismayed. This was the only reason we had booked it over other hotels.
We decided to see the room and see if this could make up for it. It was nice but lacking a pool as promised in the description. We then asked for a refund and the hotel offered nothing that it advertised. We were then told this wasn't possible. They finally 'upgraded' the room, to one that just had what was advertised.
The hotel itself is nice and well decorated. Just very disappointed by the ambiguity in their advertising.
