The staff were absolutely amazing and did everything to ensure we were comfortable. They were kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. They were the highlight of my experience here, and I felt very well looked after by everyone I interacted with. I was very happy with the service from the staff.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not what I was expecting. While it looks nice in the online photos, it did not match what I thought I was booking. The building is old and outdated, and many areas appear to be in need of maintenance, repairs, and overall upgrading. Some parts felt worn and run down, which affected my overall impression.
With renovations and updates, this hotel could be much improved, especially given how wonderful their staff are.
