Unfortunately, while this property is pretty on the outside, the inside is less to be desired. The property requires much needed renovations.
We got the free breakfast and after the first day we never went back. There was a dead caterpillar in my food which I reported to staff and they never removed that buffet option as well as followed up with me afterwards. Also the coffee machine wasn't cleaned so when we got our coffees it was dirty water we were given which was really disappointing.
The location is away from the city centre which is fine if you want something away from the hustle and bustle of old Chiang Mai. However the area did not have many food options. Only one coffee shop we liked going to.
The pool is not a pool. The pictures are misleading. You can't really swim in it and there is shade so you can't really lie in the sun.
The staff were friendly which was the only good thing about the hotel.
I would go with another hotel in Chiang Mai.
