Rotana Al Manakha Madinah

First of all - it can’t be 4 star hotel. I usually stay Pullman Madina but choose Rotana due to being new facility. Location - Rotana it’s all the way to corner ( if you have family if you have walk 5/7 mins or more to go gate 369(Rawdah ) and women section gate 29 ( 10 mins walk) which is not fun for kids to family. Only advantage of the location is Lulu Supermarket you can eat and grab some snacks quickly. Breakfast- it’s only good if you have no food allergies. My younger daughter has egg and nut allergies- they did not have single food items eggs or nuts free besides fruits. Rooms - were spacious enough but bathroom shower water can go restroom floor not having door. Room goes extremely amount of hot during day close to 26 degrees even though ac on. After making 6 phone calls and waiting for 4 hours they transferred us into different room. Guess Manager- Mr. Bassim - showed us he cares of his guests but it was not genuine because he did not even follow up with us. Will not recommend this hotel to my family or anyone specially if you have family.

Clean rooms

Absolutely will not recommend this hotel. Very unprofessional and slow. Had a free upgrade to a suite which turned out to be dirty and facilities were not working. Changed to my original room which ended up having dirty pillows with hair!! Called housekeeping over the next 4 days and didn’t even turn up on the last day. Start to finish this has been a terrible experience and please book somewhere else. Honestly, coming to madina the last think you want to do is complain and I have bit my tongue on a few things but when it happens everyday there’s only so much you can take. Facilities are not great, pictures on website are not the same as in real life. Overall, do not stay at this place!!

Everything is awesome. The food is delicious and you have lot of options. The hotel is close to the haram. I will definitely stay here again

Al Manakha Rotana was an extremely lovely stay, we stayed in room 1103 which was a suite having a living room was a great surplus! the hotel and their services such as in room dining which was really greatly priced especially the kids selection which was perfect for my daughter and she didn’t eat mc Donald’s every day as we had the in room dining option especially with 15% it was amazing! Room was always cleaned and stocked exceptionally and always came back to a fresh clean room made it even better thank you to Nayem and Kawser for keeping everything fully stocked and clean in our room! Breakfast had really greatly priced options perfect for the whole family! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location was a good spot also although busy but not super busy and away from the main hustle and bustle but still a 2-3min walk to masjid nabawi the men’s section was at the doorstep and even though the women’s section was a few doors down with my 6 year old daughter it only was around a 5-8min walk depending on time. Alhamdhulilah everything was lovely and overall the perfect stay especially bringing my daughter for the first time. Mizan was really lovely at breakfast and looked after us checked in on us and got us what we needed. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location and overall atmosphere were great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The only downside was that, considering the room rates, breakfast was not included. It would be a great value-added benefit if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for guests. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

The hotel is run down, it’s very dated and an unpleasant odour around all communal areas. It feels like a 2 star hotel rather than 4. The bathroom is very small, and unclean. Bedroom was big and nicely decorated. Very close to haram. These are only the positives. I would never stay again.
