Room worked well for our family of 5, clean and plenty of space to live. We were on the 4th floor, which required us to climb a flight of stairs once the elevator stopped at the 3rd. This was a challenge with for my 80 yo mother and disabled daughter. Steps to get into kitchen step down and up for bathroom and into bedrooms and other living space, just be aware. Washer/dryer combo in the room, but the dryer did not work so we had to use the laundromat around the corner to dry clothes.

I was on the 1st. Right below was a restaurant. Very noisy. Can’t say if it would be different had we stayed on a higher floor.

Great apartment style hotel , was excellent for our group as has two separate rooms ,(room 4f) . Also nice table for dinner etc and small kitchen. Small but spacious.laundromat around corner made life easy , close to 7-11 convenience store . Close to Shinjuku gyoen park and good location to explore Tokyo, would definitely recommend or stay here again

Great place to stay as a family with children. Quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance of the metro station, restaurants, etc. Also, you could walk to Meiji Temple and Shijuku Gyoen National Garden

Great property and location. Easy access to the garden, train/subway and walking distance to all shopping area in Shinjuku. Highly recommend for all travelers. Just note, no elevator to 5F. The stairs with heavy luggage was a work out. Again, highly recommended!

Great room with space for 2 adults and 4 kids. Clean room with good amenities. Only downside was being in the first floor room with entry from the common foyer. Drunken guests talking loudly outside the door at 2am and 3am was annoying, but not the hotel’s fault.
Note that the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Shinjuku-Gyoemmae metro station and a 20 minute walk from the main Shinjuku station.

Bien Location was good, enjoyed the stay. The place could use a little TLC, lots of peeling paint that kind of made it feel run down a bit.
