Excellent location, friendly staff, and really great breakfast! Parking is off-site in a parking garage (there’s a few options), but if you come by train the hotel is directly connected to Aomori Station.

Wow what a wonderful property. Maximum stars for everything. Great room (spacious) wonderful location and a great experience.

My stay at ReLabo Medical Spa & Stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a relaxing wellness atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The spa and wellness facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Every area of the hotel was maintained to the highest standard. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort exceeded my expectations. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Aomori Station and nearby attractions. I highly recommend ReLabo to anyone visiting Aomori and looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel was located right by the JR station, we were shocked how closed it was. We arrived early and the front desk staff allowed us into that room, which was greatly appreciated! The hotel was super clean with modern decor! I wish I paid attention to the fact that it was a spa as I didn’t not make advanced reservation for a facial! Their spa facility looked quite “zen”. Unfortunately they could not accommodate me but I guess I will just have to visit Aomori again!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I ha enjoyed the great location (been on top of JR station) and complimentary onsen and apple smoothies every night.

The location was the key point for me. Located at the Aomori Station was so convenient. Just exit at the east gate and the lift lobby is at the foot of the escalator. The bus station on location provides easy access to anywhere you want to go, along with a convenient mall, which has dining options as well. The only gripe is that the room is a little small for 2 pax, with a queen size bed with one side lined up against the wall - there are no king size beds as far as I know. If possible, do request for an east facing room as the afternoon sun was already quite hot in early May. Did not try the spa packages, but it’s supposed to be known for that in that region. Japan hotels are notoriously missing gyms, so it was quite a pleaaant surprise to find one with not just treadmills but also free weights up to 20 Kg. The staff was very helpful and they have a great translation screen over the reception which can help tremendously when communicating your requests should you find Japanese challenging. Overall, I like the place especially for its location and staff.

Spacious Western-style hotel. Very comfortable even for a large person.
