The room was quite small for a two twin bed setup, with limited shelf space for personal items, which made it a bit inconvenient during the stay. There were also no ironing supplies available in the room. However, the laundry service was excellent—they not only cleaned the clothes well but also ironed them and returned each item neatly packaged in individual bags, which was a nice touch.
The buffet was a highlight, offering a great variety of options and consistently good quality.
As for the location in the Old Quarter, it may appeal to travelers who enjoy a lively and bustling atmosphere, but personally, it felt too crowded and hectic. I would likely choose a quieter area on my next visit to Hanoi.
The check-in and check-out process could be improved. Both were slow, and check-out in particular required waiting for staff to inspect the room before departure, which added unnecessary delay.
