Sehr Schöne gepflegte Anlage Nahe am Flughafen Marsa Alam 10 min .. Rest. am Strand hervorragend Theme restaurants super Zimmer schön .. Strand nicht mehr so schön wie noch vor 3 Jahren da leider täglich mehrere Boote anlegen um Dugong ( Seekuh ) zu schauen und dabei Wasser , Unterwasserwelt und Strand verschmutzen & zerstören .. Zum schnorcheln nicht ideal da kaum mehr Korallen … Annimationen gibt es bessere …

Tout est parfait, le grand luxe. Propre, le service est super et le personnelle très gentil. La nourriture est bonne. Le seul bémol c’est les boissons, pas à la hauteur d’un 5etoiles. Les soda c’est de la poudre coupé à l’eau

Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön und top gepflegt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell!

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr solides Hotel, modern und schön! Alle Mitarbeiter sind herzlich und aufmerksam. Es gibt schöne Riffe zum Schnorcheln. Drei à la carte Restaurants konnten kostenfrei reserviert werden, was positiv war. Was uns sehr gestört hat, war, dass man die Strandtücher nur auf dem Zimmer um 17 Uhr wechseln konnte. Meine Frau und ich hatten eine Lebensmittelvergiftung, die uns den Urlaub verdorben hat.

It's a lovely hotel: very clean, very high standards of food and drinks, and very attentive staff in the beach, dining and social areas. However some of the reception staff were very unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable at times. Particularly as I booked initially for 1 person - the room cost is the same for 1 and 2 but I thought to be a bit more eco friendly they could then leave fewer towels etc. When I tried to add a second person they refused and said it would be additional cost, even when I showed them their own website that the cost for 1 and 2 people was the same so I'd essentially already paid. It was only when I asked them to tell me how much it would cost that they finally agreed to add the person, and even then did not update the system properly so that when they arrived the next morning they had no record. I'd have expected much better service from such a luxury hotel, it just seemed like they were out to get more money even though they were already making more from me as a single guest. The stay was otherwise great but this really put a sour note on it

Amazing experience, very good and well-staffed team and manager Mr Wael pays great attention to every detail. I do travel worldwide and particularly in Egypt across the red sea and i have never came across a great hotel like Jaz Amara. Not to forget about the all inclusive option which was amazing as well.

Hotel is bright new. Operates from last November. Nice architecture, lot of swiming pools. Beachfront nice with bar and restaurant. Good quality food. Rooms are spacy, view at pools or beach.

It was awesome experience started with receptionists staff by completing check in process while have a seat and drink welcoming drink.The hotel almost new opened and has diving center which luckily close to ‘ marsa mubark’ one of the famous spot dive in marsa alam . The food was incredible with multi varieties.
