Fantástico Fabulous stay. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, and bright. The river view from the balcony was magical - one doesn’t even need a river cruise as the views from the room and Hotel itself are so good! The staff are excellent - they’re very well trained, polite, friendly, and efficient. Staff went over and above on many occasions and made the stay very enjoyable for us. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the main town centre and the hotel offers a free shuttle all day long to pick & drop. My only suggestion is to improve the restaurant within the hotel. I ate lunch twice and was not impressed with the food quality. A top class hotel like this should have a high standard restaurant.

Da, who works at reception, was awesome! She was very helpful. Our friends we were traveling with felt the same.
Her English is good and she is patient and kind.
