The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Upon guest arrival, the check-in process involves the following steps: Guest needs to fill out a guest registration form which will be used for guest records purposes. Your provided information may be disclosed to other parties with a contractual relationship with the Resort, such as banks and service providers. Following the completion of the registration form, guests are required to settle the remaining balance for the room they have chosen to occupy. Our front desk agent will request an incidental deposit of PhP 2,000.00 per room. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay. Once the payment is settled, and the registration form is completed, room keys will be issued to the guest. This streamlined process ensures a smooth and efficient check-in experience for our valued guests.
