Poor customer service. Tried to upgrade my room but it never happened. Could not get service to help with concerns in room.

Bamboo Beach Resort is a wonderful gem for a relaxing getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning beach views—waking up to the sound of waves and watching sunsets from my balcony was pure bliss. The atmosphere by the pool was equally inviting, with upbeat (but not overpowering) music that added a lively yet laid-back vibe to the afternoons.
There was a small hiccup with my food order not arriving exactly as requested one evening, but it was quickly rectified, and the staff’s friendly attitude made it easy to brush off. The minor snag didn’t dampen my overall experience, especially since the rest of the meals were flavorful and satisfying.
The resort’s peaceful environment and well-kept grounds made it easy to unwind, whether I was lounging on the beach, dipping into the pool, or strolling through the tropical gardens. It’s clear that the team prioritizes guest comfort and a serene atmosphere.
I’d gladly recommend Bamboo Beach Resort to anyone seeking a short, rejuvenating vacation—it’s the perfect blend of scenic beauty, relaxation, and warm hospitality
