This hotel was literally life changing for us, we were stuck in a horrible hostel and were scrambling to find an affordable last minute hotel where we weren’t being screamed at in the middle of the night, and this option came up, we were absolutely blessed! Everything was so clean, the staff is so friendly, and the room is amazing - plus, air conditioning for this intense heat wave (we are Canadians so no AC has been rough!)!! So reasonably priced, amazing location, could not recommend it more, we will be back!!

This has been my go to Berlin hotel for a number of years but after this last trip I’m not sure it will be. They used to have free washing machines, which now you need to access by paying with an app that needs to be validated with an SMS code. If you’re travelling with an eSiM this is not possible. Hotel staff did you have a solution and were not helpful or friendly. They used to have nice coffee in each room, now it’s instant. The price hasn’t gotten any cheaper but the services have declined

Estupendo Comfortable stay. Pillows are small and there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Had to use coat rack.

This hotel is perfectly located and so beautiful.
Staff was friendly, room was spotless and the river view was amazing.
I would stay here next time I come to Berlin.

Second time to stay here. Rooms are compact bur everything you need is there. Coffee fantastic downstairs. Great location. Will be back again.

I don't ever leave reviews for hotels, unless they are bad experiences, but this one was such a refreshing experience I had to leave a glowing review. Quick and easy check-in and check-out, rooms are very roomy, with modern redesign and lots of thought put into it all, comfy beds, heated bathroom floors, great services and events in the lobby bar. Even an amazing Turkish restaurant underneath it (not very easy to find at first). Easy access to train station as well (5 minute walk), next to all sorts of venues, restaurants, nightlife, stores, etc. All in all an amazing experience. Highly recommend it.
