Estupendo
The staff was welcoming, personable, and warm. Did I enjoy my stay?! It wasn't bad but I wasnt comfortable. Something was wrong with the a/c... it wasn't cooling the room. It was a bit uncomfortable. I tried to adjust it and to no avail. The staff member did his best in trying to assist me and that was appreciated. It wasn't until in the morning when the air kicked in.

Estupendo
We got there at 2 am and weren’t expecting the full blown party in the street vibe. If you are for the loud party scene, it is a great place. Also close to the cruise port. The A/C wasn’t working well and we couldn’t get our room to cool off. Other than that, it was clean and that is always very important to us. We would stay there again.

The room service was very poor, I had to call ask someone and then go to the front desk to have someone to clean the room and the stuff we were out was never replaced. My issue with payment is still going on they run my card over 7 times I’m glad I’m with a great bank and they blocked the card and didn’t let any of the transactions get through.

Staff was kind of rude. They don't actually own the pool so you feel like you don't belong there. Just kinda meh.

Clean room but deadbolt didn’t work and if you closed the. Bathroom door you couldn’t open it and the pool was only open until 5 pm where it wasn’t listed anywhere!!!!
