The room was nice, breakfast could have had better options and clearly state what is included and not certain items only. No gym, steam or sauna. Just swimming pool. Front desk not proactive, just reactive as we asked certain questions via Expedia and no forthcoming responses in a timely manner. Breakfast was helpful.

We absolutely love this property! The staff is 5 star in every role to make a hotel run perfectly. We spent 22 days here and it felt like leaving family behind to leave. This is our second time here! Thank you for everything ❤️

Nice and clean room. Toilet needs a refill of water, but it’s not an issue, just something to be aware of. Helpful staff. À la carte breakfast. Beach in front of the hotel.

Everything about our stay was INCREDIBLE! Would definitely recommend. We loved: • Both pools • Private beach on site with sunset views • Swim up bar • Great rooms pool view so convenient • staff was super helpful, friendly and amazing I forgot my charger and adapter and they are even helping me get it shipped by fast boat back to me. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Two things I would like to mention though: Animal lovers: The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the pier. If you have ethical issues with using the horses to bring your luggage the walk with luggage is gruelling in the heat. We did it and it was not fun. Hopefully they come up with an alternative like porters or wheel barrow porters like in Brazil. Swimming enthusiasts: The beach is very shallow with coral pieces all over. Bring water shoes. They have a sister property with beautiful easily accessible to swim white sand beaches near the pier but no sunset. You can rent a bike a go swim there for f you’d like during your stay like we did.

A fantastic hotel! Great location on the west side, quiet, clean with exceptional service and great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

An unbelievable experience from beginning to end - gorgeous large rooms and balcony, exceptionally kind and helpful staff, super filling and expansive breakfast. I would come back here in a heartbeat

Stay here, and forget all your problems🙏 We stayed here for 1 week, and this is really really a good spot in Gili Trawangan! Spotless rooms, with spacious bath/shower, really nice poolarea and the white beach is like instagram! Only negative, you need shoes to go in the ocean, and you have to walk a distanse to swim.
