Por debajo del promedio Our stay was mostly average, but unfortunately we faced some serious cleanliness and safety concerns. After check-in, we found a dead cockroach and a dead lizard inside the room, which was quite unpleasant and disappointing.
Additionally, the front door did not feel sturdy and could be opened easily even after locking, which made us uncomfortable from a security perspective.
However, I do appreciate the prompt response from the front desk and staff whenever we raised a concern. Their service and quick action were the only positive aspects of our stay.
Overall, I hope the management improves room maintenance, cleanliness, and security for future guests.

Fantastisk villa i tre plan med tre soveværelser og fire badeværelser samt køkken og stue/opholdsrum. Vi havde god kommunikation med vores butler via WhatsApp.
Villaen ligger lidt væk fra selve reception og pool, men der skriver man bare til butleren som henter en med buggy.
Poolen er placeret ved stranden.
Gratis transfer fra lufthavnen.
Selve området er noget “øde”, men i gåafstand ind til et af de mindre night markets og der er også supermarkeder og restauranter. Men man skal påregne en ca. 25 min. med Grab til enten Sunset Town eller Duong Dong.
Dejligt sted som kan anbefales.

シャワーが2日目から温水がでない部屋があったことと、バトラーからチャットの返信が少し遅めだったことを除いては、素晴らしい宿でした。ヴィラの施設内も綺麗で非常に有意義な旅行となりました。

First time to Phu Quoc with my family, highly appreciated our Butler Jane, Hana and all the drivers and staff, impressive performance helpful and serve immediately, whenever we need to help they reply immediately, 24/7 butler service check in at the resort, free buggy services, love the peoples in Phu Quoc they are nice and helpful even they can’t speak in fluent English
There is some problem with the room we booked, Free breakfast and the breakfast is nice too
Restaurant manager Chine and his staff are very friendly with very good services
Jane help to solved it immediately
The resort is large, comfortable, nice view and beautiful
Thank you for all their service
Love to visit again

Wow. I wish I had booked more time here. Our villa was beautiful. The girl who checked us in was punctual, attentive and very helpful. Checked in many times and set us up with a van to get us to the airport. We booked the villa on a whim because we wanted to stay 1 extra night in phu Quoc with another family we were travelling with. Total we had 5 adults and 3 pre teen kids. We had more than enough space. The villa was well built and very comfortable. It was very close to a night market with tons to eat and things for the kids to do.
