Nos encantó el hotel, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes por el A/C pero el staff del hotel fue muy amable y nos cambió de habitación.

Really nice boutique hotel in the middle city close to everything

One of the nicest hotels with the best staff I have ever stayed at and far from the most expensive. My one critique is their 3rd party providers. The massages they offer are a 3rd party off site and werent great (especially for the price) and the car rental companies they reccomend add some hidden fees. Everything about the property, room and internal staff were top notch.

The welcome was very weird. It was all down to business. All give me your passports and your credit card details before we heard a "welcome to nobis" and got a welcome Cava. Apart from that our stay was fine but I think there are enough good hotels in palma that we're unlikely to stay here a third time

Amazing saunas and pool open 24 hrs. Gym good enough. Staff friendly, professional, helpful. Breakfast excellent. Location perfect. Beautifully designed and maintained hotel

Absolutely excellent hotel gave us the full sense of Majorca capital life

We booked a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable—the larger room was definitely a plus. The main drawback was the air conditioning, which was either freezing cold or off, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. We contacted the front desk several times about this, but it never improved, which became frustrating over the course of our stay. Breakfast was included, which was convenient, though the options were fairly limited. What stood out more were the small service details that didn’t feel five-star. For example, there were not enough salt and pepper shakers for each table, which seems like such a basic thing for a hotel of this level. One morning staff even asked to take mine before I was finished (my husband mistakenly said I was done), and I had to request it back. A small issue, but it’s details like this that separate a four-star experience from a true five-star one. The location itself is beautiful and very central, which we really appreciated. However, there is no on-site parking—you need to use a parkade a few minutes away, and the narrow streets make driving in and out a bit stressful. Another aspect we didn’t love is that the front desk is located in a separate room from the lobby. It made the experience feel disconnected and didn’t allow for the same relationship with staff that we’ve had at other five-star properties. Lastly, the hotel advertises a pool, but it’s really more of a decorative bathing pool located in the center of the restaurant.
