The sign to find the hotel was very small, as the hotel is down a side street off the main road.
Room was clean except for the bottom of the shower door which was dirty, needs to be looked at!
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, staff lovely and very helpful.
Had to phone down to reception for the WiFi password as couldn't find it in the room.

Por debajo del promedio On arrival we were advised that our room had been cancelled, despite the fact we had booked a pay on arrival stay and checked the night before. We even tried to pay the day before but advised we didn’t need to. The staff were rude & extremely inhelpful.
Despite cancelling the booking that day they said they had no room and couldn’t care less.
Will never book there again.

Room was dirty and second level basement room had a skylight that couldn’t be closed and light shone in from 4am making sleep impossible

Lovely new building. Great location. Short walk to Old Street station. Staff always had a smile on their faces when you walked into the building. Breakfast was buffet style but lots of it and very clean through out service. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is clean and in a convenient location for the tube. The breakfast was great and the fact that it is included is a plus. Our bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
