Clean room, good breakfast.

C-Mauritius is a great value for money 4-star hotel. Staff are going the extra mile to make you feel warmly welcome. The food variety and quality/taste are very nice as compared to some other 4 or even 5 star hotels on the island. Ms. Anastasia of the reception will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is wonderful, provided that locals don't make their dogs become an issue on the beach.

Excellent hospitality by the resort staff. Food menu has sufficient vegetarian options. Superb beach to relax and recharge and exciting water activities at the resort.

The staff have all been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our stay here so very special. We were celebrating our honeymoon and also staying with our family. Special thanks to Vella, Naresh, Deepak, Anasthasia and all of the teams - you have been wonderful. We all left feeling like a part of the family. We will definitely see you again soon! Clean room good staff; not the all-inclusive it use to be (premium drinks are now excluded)

Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze.

We had a beachfront room with ocean view which was lovely. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely views. Food was fabulous, plenty of choice and great quality. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from at the pool and on the beach, never any shortage. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was generally very efficient. There were a few minor niggles. The online check in process didn't work smoothly. It was not clear whether the passport upload had worked or not. Nevertheless we were still able to check in early and our room was ready well ahead of the official check in time. We were astonished to find that our all inclusive package did not include any sparking wines at all, even though it did include about 30-40 different wines. However a chat with the Bar manager soon resolved this positively which we appreciated very much. However, getting a glass of the sparkling wine was a bit of a faf, always having to ask the sommelier who then had to fetch it from the locked wine room!! Another slight niggle was always having to ask the staff in the beach bar for the umbrellas by the pool to be opened (they were large and required a special handle which was kept by the staff) and often there was some delay because they were serving - it would have been better for them to be put up automatically first thing in the morning rather than waiting for someone to ask every time. Despite these minor niggles we had a wonderful time at C.Mauritius and would highly recommend it.

From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Everyone was so friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. Special mention to Vima, Vanishree and Deepak who made the stay special. The room was excellent and was kept spotlessly clean by Lourdes. We look forward to coming back soon!

No ironing facilities provided in room. I had a tour booked, which got cancelled. However, the hotel did not advise me that the tour had been booked. Resulted in a wasted day for me. Had I been informed, I could have arranged something else for that day. Table service at bar was quite slow most days. Several power outages during my stay. Road from airport to hotel is very bad, especially when driving at night in the dark. Staff were excellent. Prestige room was very good.
