Okay, so at first I was a bit worried the hotel was too far out, but it is not an issue. There's a shuttle every 15 minutes to the Metro, and from there you can get anywhere in Dubai easily - it's actually the best way to get around Dubai (avoid the traffic). The location ended up being perfect because it's quieter than the main tourist areas but you're still close to everything. Plus, this is Dubai, so the whole city is constantly evolving and expanding!
The hotel itself is brand new and really chic. The breakfast was fantastic - loads of healthy options, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the Pastry Chef deserves an award. There is a great bar on the 6th floor.
The staff were welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful.
I had a room on the 43rd floor and it was stylish and elegant, a very comfortable bed and a great shower with a separate egg-shaped bath
Would I stay again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, thank you for a lovely stay
