Very much on the pricier side if you plan to stay more than 1 night but the price does reflect just how nice of a hotel it is. Staff were always friendly and willing to help and the facilities including the room were to a great standard.

Really nice, clean big room room ... They have thought of everything, plugs and usb to charge phone ... Even an easy way to cast your phone to the TV, which is a plus for as I like to watch from my apps.
I stayed in room 103 with a view to the street and you didn't hear a thing. Diffinatly stay again.

Hotel was nice, room was clean, despite the slightly feety smell. The man checking us in was rather disinterested but the reception staff in the morning were helpful and friendly.
The bed was comfy but it was two singles pushed together and it was evident.
The spa had several other couples in & felt slightly crowded but otherwise was nice.

The only downside was navigating through two sets of doorways and two short flights of stairs to get to the elevator! Definitely not convenient when lugging heavy bags. The rooms are super and I loved the vibe-just be aware of stairs.

I love this hotel and use it a lot. However this visit was disappointing. Rooms not ready, no access to spa for VIP status, was given a twin room when booked double, shower head had visible dirt on it (muddy) and the ironing board was disgusting with stains and falling apart.
