I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends traveling in September.

Property located across from Piazza del Poppolo. Definetely use a taxi service over Uber if you are looking at saving some money. Service is as good. Great shopping amd dining. Safe. Rooms are uodated. Great and comfortable bed. Quiet part of town. Miguel our concierge was excellent as was his manager. Helped us book our shuttle back to the port. Area is Rome where property is located is Plata. Again great area to stay at as its on the edge if where one visits but without the crowds.
